Florida Nature Walks with Mr. Dustin

Service Description
Join Dustin Angell, Archbold’s Director of Education, on Tuesday mornings at 9:30 AM EST as he live-streams from the outdoors in sunny Florida using a selfie-stick and smartphone. Attendees are immersed in Florida’s natural areas and hear stories of science, conservation, and history. Attendees can communicate with Dustin through Zoom’s chat feature and even help choose which details to look at up close with a macro lens. The program regularly has guest scientists who give short presentations on their research and answer questions from the attendees. These are done in Zoom's "webinar" mode, so attendees can not use their microphones or video cameras. This program is open to all ages and is not exclusive for schools.
